County arrests

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Sunday and Monday:

• Tamitha Soloman Church, 43, of 21166 Johnson Road, Athens, probation revoked on previous conviction for driving under the influence

• Keith Malone Harville, 40, of 17186 Harwell Road, Athens, DUI, attempting to flea and elude, possessing an open container of alcohol, switched tag and improper lights

• Matthew Curtis Jones, 38, of 196 Holer Road, Huntsville, probation revoked on previous conviction for illegal possession of prescription drugs

• Donna Marie Letson, 57, of 10420 U.S. 31 Lot 310, Tanner, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

• Charles Kenneth McLeod, 35, of 25165 Esten Lane, Elkmont, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

• Andre Lamont Smith, 37, of 3504 Penny St., Huntsville, probation revoked on previous charge of first-degree theft

• Charlotte Darlene Taylor, 36, of 25165 Esten Lane, Elkmont, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

• Felix Garcia Vasguez, 25, of 4509 Triana, Lot 56, Huntsville, DUI, improper lane use and no driver’s license

County thefts

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported no incidents or thefts Sunday or Monday.

City arrests

Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Sunday and Monday:

• Jeremy Lee Lewis, 30, of 4283 Mitchell Road, Tanner, DUI

• Billy Jo Murphree, 24, of 19490 Alabama 99, Athens, DUI

• Marvin Christopher Sledge, 32, of 900 Lucas St., Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment), resisting arrest and probation revoked on previous conviction for DUI

• Jonathon Michael Sparkman, 29, of 17200 Ferry Road, Athens, violating a protection order

• Austin Blake West, 22, of 309 Longview St., Athens, arrest for another agency

• Alesia Hinkle Worley, 48, of 21599 Ashley Brook Way, Elkmont, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI

City thefts

Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Sunday and Monday:

• Two Microsoft Xbox 360 game consoles, four Nintendo DS game consoles and three computer games, total $158, stolen Dec. 28 from 1000 block U.S. 72 East

• Medicare/Humana insurance card, Alabama driver’s license and black wallet, total $20, reported lost Dec. 24 in 1000 block U.S. 72 East

• Estate brand clothes dryer and GE brand chest freezer, total $1,300, stolen Dec. 29 from 600 block South Jefferson Street

• Door frame valued at $50 damaged during possible burglary Dec. 28 in 800 block North Clinton Street

• Yellow necklace, yellow pendant with blue stone and diamonds, white engagement ring set and three wedding bands, two yellow and one white, total $1,800, stolen Dec. 12 from 100 block Winslow Drive

• Apple iPhone 4S valued at $200 stolen Dec. 28 from 1800 block U.S. 72 East

• Twenty-six Ambien pills valued at $200 stolen Dec. 30 from 700 block North Madison Street
