• Kittie Kathrine Hawkins, 55, of 1410 Seventh Ave., Athens, driving under the influence
• Juan Carlos Paniagua, 31, of 1001 N. Jefferson St., Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment) and giving a false name to law-enforcement officer
• Wayne Joseph Eggebrecht, 38, of 1384 Nancy Lou Loop, Athens, DUI
• James Leon Hill, 69, of 27877 J.B. Magnusson Drive, Toney, DUI
• Tamitha Lynn Rice, 25, of 213 Pebblebrook Drive, Madison, DUI and speeding
• Derrick Lee Sivley, 21, of Blackburn Trailer Park off Chris Way, Athens, speeding
County thefts
The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Monday:
• Utility meter and hammock frame, total value $125, stolen July 1 from 26000 block of Red Hill Road
• License plate valued at $25 stolen between June 1 and July 10 from 24000 block of Capshaw Road
• Thirty CDs valued at $450 stolen from vehicle Saturday in 24000 block of Holland Lane
• Pack of cigarettes and lighter valued at $5 stolen during burglary Saturday in 25000 block of Guthrie Road
• Garmin brand global positioning system valued at $200 stolen from vehicle Friday or Saturday in 24000 block of Bubba Trail
• Vehicle break-in Friday or Saturday in 24000 block of Holland Lane; nothing missing
• Food stamp debit card stolen during burglary Sunday from 22000 block of New Garden Road

City thefts
The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Monday:
• $290 in cash stolen Friday from 22051 U.S. 72 East
• Eighteen gallons of gasoline valued at $43 stolen Friday from 18020 Alabama 99
• Antenna, window and cable box, total value $175, stolen during burglary Friday at 315 Vine St.
• Golf ball dispenser valued at $75 and undisclosed amount of cash stolen Saturday from 24970 U.S. 72 East
• Radar gun valued at $199 and five Redstone Federal Credit Union checks stolen Friday or Saturday from vehicle parked at 1699 Ole Carriage Drive
Wrecks
• An Athens woman was injured in a two-vehicle accident about 12:30 p.m. Monday at Hobbs and Beaty streets in Athens. April Dawn Hargrove, 28, was taken to Athens-Limestone Hospital.
• A Madison man, Adam Crum, 28, was injured in a one-vehicle accident at 11:20 p.m. Sunday on Huntsville-Browns Ferry Road, seven miles east of Athens, a state trooper said. He was wearing a seat belt, the trooper said.
