County arrests
The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Wednesday:
• Randall Wade Chambers, 24, of 21957 Hickory Hill Lane, Toney, driving under the influence of drugs and reckless driving
• Elizabeth Caroline Lemay, 46, of 11393 New Cut Road, Athens, violated terms of probation on count of second-degree possession of a forged instrument
• Kevin Wade McCown, 39, of 18331 Belmont Circle, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)
• Stanley Wayne Stephens, 53, of 700 S. Clinton St., Apt. 1-E, Athens, four counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument
• Stephen Lamar Vaughn, 40, of 315 E. Main St., Lynch, Ky., first-degree criminal mischief and reckless endangerment
• Konia Genea Williams, 28, of 19261 Airfield St., Lot 8, Athens, violated terms of probation on count of second-degree forgery
County thefts
The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Wednesday:
• Weedeater brand string trimmer, two toolboxes and a 55-gallon fish tank, total value undetermined, stolen during April from the 11000 block of Patterson Hill Road
City arrests
The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Wednesday:
• Wallace Gene Brooks, 66, of 22336 Holt Road, Athens, bench warrant and third-degree criminal trespass
• Jose Jamie Hernandez, 22, of 135 R. Hammond Court, Madison, driving under the influence
• Hilario Campos Gutierrez, 49, of 135 R. Hammond Court, Madison, public drunkenness
• William Rodney Britton, 43, of 21840 Daveen Drive, Athens, DUI
• Michael Wade Simpson, 39, of 20528 Harris Loop, Elkmont, criminal trespass
• Brian Kenneth Martinez, 26, of 804 N. Clinton St., Athens, possession of a controlled substance
• William Cody Arnold, 20, 16783 Quinn Road, Athens, public intoxication
• Ricky Albert Duchaine, 51, of 22254 Compton Road, Athens, DUI
City thefts
The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Wednesday:
• $25 theft of services Tuesday at 1206 E. Pryor St. Man took cab ride from Huntsville to his Pryor Street home and was $25 short on fare
• $29 fish lure stolen April 22 from West End Outdoors Bait & Tackle at 17171 U.S. 72 West
Hospital report
Athens-Limestone Hospital reported one admission and one discharge Wednesday.
Admitted: Olive Black of Athens
Discharged: Annie Willingham of Toney
