The Limestone County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests Monday:
o Emilio Lopez, 25, of 12894 Scott Lane, Madison, harassment
o Justin Todd Stroup, 28, of 1259 Excalibur Drive, S.W., Decatur, driving under the influence and no tag light
o Geraldine Franklin, 58, of 201 Goldenrod Lane, Madison, negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument
o Sylena Pearl Malone, 39, of 101 Henry Drive, Athens, two counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument
o Justin Ray Meeks, 21, of 12090 Little Coffman Road, Lester, second-degree possession of marijuana
o Robert Bradley Tanksley, 20, of 1401 S. Houston St., Athens, bond revocation (third-degree domestic violence - harassment)
o Jason Dale Vibbert, 25, of 13483 Reid Road, Athens, bond revocation (possession of a controlled substance)
County thefts
The Limestone County Sheriff's Department reported the following thefts Monday:
o Three PlayStations and one computer, total value $1,350, stolen during a burglary between Jan. 15-Saturday in the 20000 block of Tillman Mill Road
o Sixty-eight duck decoys valued at $1,120 were stolen Thursday or Friday from duck blinds off Harris Station Road at the Swan Creek Wildlife Management Area
o Two six-foot tarps valued at $700 used to cover lumber on a flatbed trailer stolen Thursday or Friday on Mooresville Road at U.S. 72
o Liquid propane heater valued at $237 stolen during a burglary between Wednesday and Friday in the 25000 block of Putman Circle
o One Samsung brand cellular telephone and charger valued at $140 stolen Friday from the 22000 block of Hays Mill Road
City arrests
The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Monday:
o Juanita Reed, 45, of 1703 Townsend St., Athens, domestic violence, public intoxication and two counts of parole violation (public intoxication and disorderly conduct)
o Antonio Dwayne White, 33, of 3716 Oakdale Court, Huntsville, DUI
City thefts
The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Monday:
o One iPod brand portable audio player, two Skill brand skill saws, one Craftsman brand or Skill brand cordless drill and one DVD player, total value $405, stolen between Jan. 1-9 from 1102 W. Pryor St.
o Fifty pills, including Neurontin, Ultram and Diazopam, total value $128, stolen Thursday from 106 Bullington Road
o Paint on Ford Ranger scratched Saturday at 951 E. Hobbs St. due to criminal mischief, total value $600

Hospital report
Athens-Limestone Hospital reported one admission and two discharges Monday.
Admitted was Elena Rich of Athens
Discharged were James Newby and Phyllis Jackson, both of Athens
