ALBANY, Ga. (AP) — A high speed chase ended with four robbery suspects from Georgia going to jail in Alabama.
Albany Police said Tuesday the four males are being held in a Montgomery, Ala. jail.
All were sought in a string of armed robberies that targeted businesses and individuals in Georgia and Alabama. The crime spree started in Oct.
Police said Jonathan Jones, Brandon Douglas, Jim Mahoney and Kawaski Dixson each confessed to participating in at least seven robberies.
The holdups occurred in Albany, Columbus and Montgomery.
Its not immediately known when the suspects will be returned to Albany.
