County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Monday:

• Brandon Lynn Burgess, 23, of 27855 Pepper Road, Athens, domestic violence.

• Tammy Lee Perreault, 32, of U.S. 72, Athens, probation violation.

• Alicia Dian Carter, 41, of Rogersville, possession of a controlled substance.

• Jacob Elijah Coughlin, 21, of 17985 Browns Ferry Road, Athens, third-degree receiving stolen property.

• Christopher Howard Lott, 29, of Hartselle, probation violation.

• Anson Jacob Watkins, 51, homeless, disorderly conduct.

• Mark Anthony Wise, 42, of 804 N. Clinton St., Athens, domestic violence.



County thefts

• A riding lawnmower valued at $150 was stolen July 3 from the 25000 block of George Lane.

• A gas grill valued at $250 was stolen July 3 from the 25000 block of George Lane.

• A 2003 Kawaski four-wheeler valued at $5,000 was stolen July 3 from the 19000 block of Sandlin Road.

• $250 in cash and a radar detector valued at $50 were stolen July 4 from a vehicle parked on the 7000 block of U.S. 72 West.

• A laptop computer, two gold wedding bands, a tool box and prescription medication valued at $2,000 were stolen July 4-5 from the 21000 block of Hickory Hill Lane.

• $800 cash and credit cards were stolen July 3-4 from the 24000 block of Bethel Road.

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Monday:

• Rexie Allen Hester, 39, of Decatur, receiving stolen property.

• Orlando Sanchez, 21, of Decatur, driving under the influence.

• Stanley Wayne Stephens, 52, of 700 S. Clinton St., Athens, DUI and five counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

• Robert Lee Stewart, 20, of 24291 Wagon Trail, Athens, possession of a controlled substance and DUI.



City thefts

• A leaf blower was stolen July 1 from 1403 Freeman Ave. in Athens.

• Three boxes of franks and two cups of change were stolen July 4th from the Kreme Delite at 401 W. Market St.

• Two pad locks and two doors valued at $50 were stolen July 6 from Publix on U.S. 72 E.

• $60 in change was stolen July 7 from 712 Swan Dr.



Wrecks

• Mickey Ray Sutton, 67, of Athens, was injured in a wreck July 5 at Elm and Floyd streets in Athens.

• Cricket Darlene Kimbrough, 25, of Athens, was injured in a wreck July 6 at U.S. 31 and Hobbs Street in Athens.



Hospital report

Athens-Limestone Hospital reported no admissions and two discharges Monday.

Discharged were Willie Moore of Elkmont and Wendy Miller of Athens.

Admissions and discharges represent only those people who agreed to have their names published.
