On behalf of the officers and directors of the Alabama Veterans Museum & Archives, I would like to thank everyone who came out to see our “V-J Day Remembered” program, a fundraiser for the museum. The show was sold out and was very well-received by those who attended.
Thank you to director and assistant director Jackie Greenhaw and Jackie Jackson, the tech crew and all the wonderful performers who generously donated their time this summer to prepare for the show. Thanks to our sponsors and costumers, decorating committee, backstage crew and any and all who had any part in making the show the success it was.
The program was wonderful, and a great tribute to our World War II veterans, “the greatest generation.”
