Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Leicher of Athens announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Ashley Leicher, to Johnathan Calvin Dumas, son of Mr. and Mrs. Juaken Dumas of Prospect, Tenn.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Leicher and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Meadows.
She is a 2009 graduate of Mount Pisgah Baptist Academy. She is employed by Pablo’s on Market as a cashier and waitress.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Jerry Mick of Jefferson City, Mo., and Louise Taylor of St. Louis, Mo.
He is a 2003 graduate of Mount Pisgah Baptist Academy.
He owns D&J; Painting.
The wedding is planned for Oct. 17, 2009, at Mount Pisgah Baptist Church in Athens.
