Byron and Beth Brazier of Athens announce the engagement of their daughter, Kellianna Clarke Brazier, to Gordon Tennison McLemore, son of Larry and Mary McLemore of Athens.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Nell Brazier of Decatur and the late Mildred and Robert Troupe and Carl Brazier.
She is a 2005 graduate of East Limestone High School and a 2009 graduate of Athens State University where she received a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She is currently attending the University of Alabama where she is pursuing a master’s degree in library and information science.
She is employed by Athens-Limestone Public Library as youth services librarian.
The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Archie and Elfreda Tennison and Martha Dora and Marvin McLemore.
He is a 2005 graduate of Clements High School and a 2010 graduate of Auburn University where he received a master’s degree in business administration.
He is employed by United Launch Alliance as a subcontract administrator.
The wedding is planned for March 24 at Sardis Springs Baptist Church.
