RSVP income tax counseling for the elderly begins Monday, Feb. 4, and will be held from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. every Monday and Thursday at the First Baptist Church Youth Activity Center at the corner of Pryor and Clinton streets. Limestone County Foster and Adoptive Parent Class orientation will be held at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Limestone County Department of Human Resources, 1007 W. Retired and Senior Volunteer Program income-tax service will begin from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday, Feb. 4, at First Baptist Church Youth Activity Center at the corner of Pryor and Clinton streets in downtown Athens. Sessions will continue every Monday and Thursday until April 15. No appointments will be given. Returns will be filed at no cost to the client.
