Used book sale
The Friends of Athens-Limestone Public Library will hold a used book sale from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. today at the library.

Child abuse prevention

Seniors art class

Cub Scout fundraiser

Walking tours
The final April Historic Walking Tour will be held Saturday. Walkers should meet at 9:45 a.m. at the Athens Visitors Center at 100 N. Beaty St. Walks begin promptly at 10 a.m. and last about an hour. Children’s chorale
The Heritage Children’s Chorale will present “Bound for Glory” as part of the Spring Concert Series at 5:30 p.m. Sunday at Round Island Baptist Curch, 14790 Browns Ferry Road in Athens. Free admission. The choir is made up up children ages 8-18 from North Alabama and southern Tennessee.
