o Cookbook sale. Round Island Baptist Church has published a cookbook featuring 695 recipes from church members. Cookbooks are on sale for $15 each. o Valentine's ball. Christ Way Church will host a Valentine's Ball from 5 -10 p.m. Feb. 13, with dinner at 6 p.m. This is a formal/semi formal event. o Black history. Indian Creek Primitive Baptist Church will hold its annual African American history Celebration at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 17. The theme is Appreciating the Past, Embracing the Present and Forging the Future. The speaker will be Dr. Ann Roy Moore, superintendent of Huntsville City Schools. Music provided of Aeolians of Oakwood University.
