Blood drive

The city of Athens Public Works Department at 1600 W. Elm St. is hosting a LifeSouth blood drive from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday. Donors will receive either an Alabama or Auburn T-shirt, cholesterol screening and snacks. Donors must be 17 or older, or 16 with parental consent and weigh at least 110 pounds. Bring photo identification.

Used book sale

Meet the Eagles dinner

Donnell House preview

The Donnell House will host a preview party from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, as part of this year’s “Festival of Trees: A Civil War Christmas.” The cost is $20 per person.
