Mud Volleyball deadline
Deadline for the 21st Annual CASA Mud Volleyball tournament is noon Monday. FC Friends
The Florida College Friends will present a show and information about the school at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Athens Bible School’s Rollings-Lovell Auditorium. Admission is free. There will be a potluck dinner in the ABS Cafeteria at 5 p.m. Bring a dish and enjoy the evening.
Juggling workshops
Athens-Limestone Public Library will have juggling workshops Tuesday. Classes for children 5-8 years will be at 10:15 a.m.; and for 9-13, at 11:30 a.m. Limit 15 to each. There is a $3 registration fee, which includes supplies. Call Paula Laurita at (256) 232-1233.

Antique boat show
The Dixieland Chapter of the Antique and Classic Boat Society will hold its 25th Annual boat show at Joe Wheeler Resort Marina July 10-12. Boats displayed are mostly restored wooden boat over 50 years old. Owners will be on hand to discuss the boats. Admission is free. The public is invited. Benefit for Kyle Redding
A benefit to raise funds to pay medical expenses for Kyle Redding, 7, son of Michael and Dena Redding, will be from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday at The Barn on Railroad Street in Town Creek featuring five bands, a yard sale, bake sale and auction. Music begins at noon featuring The Country Crossroads Band, The Barnett Band, Rural Impact, The Trey Morgan Band and Sunday Tradition.
