Living Water Works Ministries will accept crutches, wheelchairs, scooters or other sick room equipment and lien-free running vehicles from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. today in the old Kroger parking lot. The North Alabama Daylily Society will host its annual plant sale in the parking lot of The Greenery at Hampton Cove subdivision in Huntsville from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. today. Doggie bath day
Helping Our Pets in Limestone County will sponsor a doggie “splish-splash bath” day from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. today at Heritage Propane at 17026 U.S. 72 West, across from West End Chevron. Proceeds will help feed, vaccinate, spay or neuter, and shelter pets of local families with limited income. Cost is $5 for small dogs; $10 for medium dogs; and $15 for large dogs.
