Dr. Tom Pieplow will discuss Great Britain military leadership decisions made in World War II aimed at confusing the German high command concerning a planned attack on Sicily. The Athens Mayor’s Prayer Breakfast will be at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Beasley Center, corner of Marion and Pryor streets.
