Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:
•James Harold Bingham Jr., 56, of 28515 Pettusville Road, Elkmont, failure to register
• Frank Joseph Fredella, 48, of 4958 Third Ave. South, Birmingham, negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument
• Samantha Nicole Riggs, 20, of 24565 Smith Ave., Elkmont, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)
• Marcus Ladell Seay, 28, of 21720 Piney Chapel, Lot 67, Athens, two counts of third-degree domestic violence (strangulation and assault)
County thefts
Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Tuesday:
• TANNER – Palm Beach 24-foot pontoon boat and 4-stroke Mercury boat motor, total value $6,400, stolen between Jan. 24 and 28 in 9800 block Lucas Ferry Road
• ELKMONT – 36,000 BTU heat and cool window unit, valued at $786, stolen between Jan. 25 and 30 in 18000 block Coffman Road
• ATHENS – Safe with medications and coins, no value listed, stolen Jan. 28 in 16000 block Menefee Road
• ATHENS – Four electrical testers, three Dewalt brand drills, Skil brand circular saw, folding table and Tupperware rubber tote, total value $762, burglarized between Jan. 9 and 25 at Alabama 99 and Easter Ferry Road
• ATHENS – Cash, 10 packs of Newport cigarettes and Smith & Wesson .40-caliber handgun, total value $365, taken during robbery Jan. 28 in 19000 block East Limestone Road

Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:
• Terry Wayne Anderson, 50, of 703 Westview St., Athens, third-degree domestic violence
• Rohn Everett Pruett, 58, of 15805 Jackson Lane, Athens, bond revocations
• Stanley Fitzgerald Stewart, 20, of 149 Conley Drive, Toney, driving under the influence (alcohol)
City thefts
Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Tuesday:
• Chihuahua dog, valued at $150, stolen Jan. 25 in 800 block Brahma Street
