The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Friday:
• Dennis Wayne Brown, 53, of 7901 Greenbrier Road, Madison, violating terms of probation on previous conviction for possession of drug paraphernalia
• Tamitha Soloman Church, 42, of 21166 Johnson Road, Athens, driving under the influence
• Jasson Wayne Flynt, 27, of 408 Desoto St., Fayetteville, Tenn., violating terms of probation on previous conviction for second-degree theft
• Charles Henry Garland, 24, of 806 Horton St., Athens, possession of a firearm as a felon, third-degree receiving stolen property, speeding, no proof of insurance and bond revoked on previous charge of possession of a firearm as a felon and third-degree receiving stolen property
• Nathan Gene Harville, 18, of 602 Second Ave., Athens, bond revoked on previous charge of attempted murder
• Andrea Nicole Heath, 29, of 1506 N. Monroe St., Athens, third-degree burglary and possession of drug paraphernalia
• Michelle Dawn Hinds, 33, of 29342 Easter Ferry Road, Lester, negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument
• Sheria Kaye Hughes, 30, of 477 Beaver Dam Road, Toney, violating terms of probation on previous conviction for possession of a forged instrument
• Freddie Lee Johnson, 51, of 118 Ash St., Athens, violating terms of probation on previous conviction for distribution of a controlled substance

City thefts
The Athens Police Department reported the following theft Friday:
• Paint on Chevrolet Cavalier sustained $500 damage April 19 due to criminal mischief in 300 block Suffield Street
