County arrests

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:

• Jose Castro Gutierrez, 26, of 601 N. Malone St., Athens, hold for Immigration and Customs Enforcement

• Celeta Gail Harbin, 30, of 28196 McKee Road, Toney, contempt

• Audie Ray Kyle, 52, of 12827 Snake Road, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment and menacing)

• Christopher Jester McClain, 35, of 1102 Fifth Ave., Apt. R, Athens, violated parole on previous conviction for first-degree theft

• Amber Leigh Sutton, 22, of 14341 Seven Mile Post Road, Athens, bonds revoked on previous charges of possession of ephedrine and possession of drug paraphernalia

County thefts

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Tuesday:

• TONEY – Nothing missing in burglary Oct. 22 in 19000 block Turner Lane

• HARVEST – Diamond ring, valued at $6,850, stolen between June 1 and Oct. 20 from 15000 block Court Street

• TONEY – Walter brand .380-caliber handgun, valued at $800, cash and medication, no value listed, burglarized Oct. 22 in 29000 block Harvest Road

City arrests

Athens Police Department reported the following arrest Tuesday:

• Brian Adam Brooks, 25, of 700 S. Clinton St., Athens, driving under the influence of drugs

City thefts 

Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Tuesday:

• Echo brand PB-413T tools, valued at $400, stolen between Oct. 1 and 21 from 300 block East Street

• Masterlock brand lock and four 15-pound Clark Gas Company propane gas tanks, total value “$210, damaged in criminal mischief between Oct. 21 and 22 in 1800 block Brownsferry Street

• Nail drag, float, five hand weights of various weights and five 2-by-3 plastic coated grate, total value $345, stolen between Oct. 15 and 22 from Elkton Street softball field

• Body damage estimated at $600 to Chrysler 200 in criminal mischief Oct. 22 on Coleman Avenue

• Ten Nintendo Wii games, Wii gaming system, flat screen TV, and window, total value $850, burglarized between Oct. 11 and 22 in 700 block Fifth Avenue

• Roll of black plastic, 50-feet of copper wire and 24 lorcet pills, total value $75,  taken during breaking and entering of a vehicle between Oct. 19 and 21 in 22000 block Horseshoe Bend

• Unidentified property, valued at $80, taken between Oct. 18 and 20 from 1700 block Foxcroft Drive

• Apple iPad, valued at $800, stolen Oct. 22 from 1000 block U.S. 72
