• Dawn Theresa Davis, 43, of 29887 First Ave., Ardmore, driving under the influence of combined substances
• Wayne Earl Davis Jr., 36, of 22336 Holt Road, Athens, possession of drug paraphernalia
• Frank J. Hernandez, 45, homeless, improper equipment and no proof of insurance
• Emily Catherine Rhodes, 21, of 13894 Robinson Lane, Elkmont, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Monday:
• ATHENS – Jewelry, no valued listed, stolen between Sept. 1 and Oct. 19 from 18000 block Lizzie Lane
• ATHENS – Phillips brand 50-inch TV, single-shot .410-gauge shotgun, Dell brand laptop computer with case and 15 DVDs, total value $2,200, burglarized between Oct. 14 and 19 from 10000 block Paradise Shores
• ELKMONT – Tools, gasoline and two 15-inch rims, total value $85, stolen between Oct. 20 and 21 from 27000 block Oak Grove Road
• LESTER – Nothing reported missing in a burglary Oct. 21 in 28000 block Aunt Ann Hill Road

• Damage estimated at $600 to Hewlett-Packard brand laptop computer in criminal mischief between Oct. 19 and 20 in 1800 block Lindsay Lane
• Poulan brand yellow 42-inch mower, Stihl brand blower backpack, Stihl brand weed trimmer, 6.2 Honda brand pressure washer, total value $2,800, stolen between Oct. 19 and 20 from 1400 block Freeman Avenue
• Two wallets, ID card, four debit cards, checks, Samsung brand Galaxy LS cellphone, Abercrombie gift card, passport and cash, total value $1,700, stolen between Oct. 19 and 20 from 22000 block U.S. 72 East
• Damaged estimated at $150 to glass door in criminal mischief Oct. 21 in 600 block Coleman Avenue
