County arrests

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Thursday:

• Michael William Clark, 44, of 2416 Clinton Ave., Huntsville, probation revoked on an original charge of negotiating worthless negotiable instrument

• Frieda Tabitha Harbin, 19, of 14519 Parker Road, Athens, possession of a controlled substance

• Jeffrey Lane Isbell Jr., 39, of 27495 Copeland Road, Athens, DUI and improper lane usage

• Brandon Dale Morris, 32, of 6969 County Road 327, Trinity, five counts of third-degree burglary

• Candy Jo Richardson, 29, of 25694 Wimpy Way, Elkmont, negotiating worthless negotiable instrument

• Christopher Anthony Smith, 27, of 29281 Amy Circle, Ardmore, negotiating worthless negotiable instrument

• Amber Dionne Vaughn, 37, of 116 Leathertree Lane, Madison, DUI and no insurance

County thefts

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Thursday:

• ATHENS – Wallet with cash and cards, valued at $40, stolen during the breaking and entering of a vehicle in the 17000 block of Wells Road, Athens, on Wednesday

• ATHENS – Air compressor, valued at $150, stolen during a burglary in the 23000 block of Elkton Road, between Nov. 2 and Wednesday

• ATHENS – 1997 Ford F-150 truck, Taurus 9mm handgun, laptop computer and a Walmart pre-paid phone, total known value $310, stolen from the 15000 block of Evans Road, on Thursday

City arrests

Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Thursday:

• Gabriel Rowson Fleming, 41, of 821 Camelot Drive, Athens, driving under the influence of alcohol

• Julie Anne Litz, 47, of 10297 Stewart Road, Tanner, DUI

• Jim Ed Woods, 74, of 507 S. Hine St., Athens, DUI

• Santiago Marcos Valladarez, 22, of 6215 Melrose Road, Huntsville, sentenced from court to five days for contempt

• Alexis Unque Jones, 23, of 1101 Henry Drive, Athens, theft of property

• Cierra Lanque Jones, 21, of 1001 Crestline Road, Huntsville, theft of property

City thefts

Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Thursday:

• Criminal mischief, $200 in damage to a glass window, in the 1700 block of Clifford Street on Wednesday

• Huffy bicycle, valued at $100, stolen Wednesday from the 900 block of N. Madison Street

• Criminal mischief, $1,400 damage to a 1996 Honda Accord, in the 400 block of Woodridge Drive Wednesday

• General merchandise, valued at $109.78, stolen from 1011 E. U.S. 72 Thursday

Wreck

• Two-car wreck Wednesday on U.S. 31 between U.S. 72 and Annie Ruth Jamar Drive injured Jim Ed Woods of Athens and Michael Ryan Rushlow of Tanner
