• Johnny Wayne Clem 35, of 28191 Oak Grove Road, Ardmore, violated probation on previous charge of possession of a controlled substance (Limestone County Corrections Program)
• Christine Marie Duenas, 41, of 1525 Grayson Highway, Apt. 410, Grayson, Ga., public intoxication
• Anthony Thomas Hastings, 34, of 20423 Harris Road, Athens, driving under the influence of a controlled substance
• Clayton Charles Hastings, 65, of 20423 Harris Road, Athens, DUI, no proof of insurance, possession of a controlled substance
• Robert Allen Hobbs, 37, of 12348 Fingerlake Way, Elkmont, burglary and theft (for Giles County, Tenn.)
• Alvin Udolph McDade, 54, of 20857 Piney Chapel Road, Athens, violated probation on previous conviction for possession of a controlled substance
• Brandon Dewayne Mosley, 21, of 1201 Brownsferry St., Athens, negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument
• Donald Eric Pippin, 32, of 1211 Turner St., Muskogee, Okla., first-degree receiving stolen property
County thefts
Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Friday:
• ATHENS — Jewelry and .22-caliber rifle stolen between Oct. 1 and 28 from 14000 block New Cut Road
• TONEY – Two cellphones, valued at $400, stolen between Oct. 1 and Nov. 1 from 27000 block McKee Road
City arrests
Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Friday:
• Robert Clyde Adams, 21, of 12756 Browns Ferry Road, Athens, texting while driving (sentenced from court (19 days or pay $290)
• Frieda Celyne Fulford, 32, of 183 Shelton Road, Madison, arrest for Huntsville Police Department
City thefts
Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Friday:
• $250 taken during the illegal possession of a credit/debit card Oct. 31 in 23000 block Founders Circle
• $15 cash, Clinique powder, driver’s license, Redstone Federal debit/credit card and a tan with red buckle checkbook wallet, total value $75, stolen Oct. 31 in 1600 block U.S. 72 East
• Damage estimated at $300 to Nissan windshield in criminal mischief Nov. 1 in 1100 block North Jefferson Street
• Utilities, valued at $1, stolen in theft of services Nov. 2 from 300 block Strange Street
