County arrests

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrest Friday and Saturday:

• Bradley Allen Barran, 24, of 10708 Paradise Shores Road, Athens, bond revoked on previous charge of first-degree theft

• Patrick Maurice Bezotte, 30, of 2107 Peel St., Huntsville, possession of a controlled substance

• Madison Yvonne Estes, 20, of 1923 Vanderbilt Circle, Huntsville, second-degree possession of marijuana

• Jessica Jean Gatewood, 48, of 3030 Sunlake Blvd., Apt. 2004, Huntsville, driving under the influence (five days)

• Luis Alfredo Lopez, 30, of 11567 Stewart Road, Tanner, bond revoked on previous charge of second-degree assault

• Larry Lee Schelling, 24, of 5433 Maysville Road, New Market, third-degree receiving stolen property

• Brandon Ray Stanley, 42, of 28244 Gatlin Road, Ardmore, three counts of third-degree domestic violence (assault)

County thefts

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported no thefts Friday.

City arrests

Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Friday:

• Robert Lee Vandermarkt, 26, of 112 Bates St., Athens, attempting to elude a police officer, and bond revoked on previous charge of possession of a controlled substance (Limestone County Sheriff’s Department)

• Angel Nicolee Proctor, 23, of 24300 Holt Road, Elkmont, third-degree theft of property

• Tina Bullington Malone, 40, of 15910 Fielding Road, Athens, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance

• Samuel Lee Brown, 34, of 1206 E. Pryor St., Athens, third-degree domestic violence (assault)

• Anthony Eugene Russell, 42, of 1107 Roberts St., Athens, obstructing governmental operations

• Shnita Lashon Horton, 32, of 1102 Henry Drive, Athens, arrest for Decatur Police Department

• Jessy Leigh Elders, 21, of 22274 Fielding Road, Athens, arrest for other agency

City thefts

Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Friday:

• Diurex brand weight loss pill, two sets of scrubs and various other items, total value $130, stolen Oct. 25 from Walmart at 1011 U.S. 72 East

• Damage estimated at $100 to window in criminal mischief Oct. 25 in 500 block Brownsferry Street

• Damage estimated at $400 to two 195/75R/14 tires in criminal mischief Oct. 26 in 1000 block Levert Avenue

• Toyota Camry license plate No. 25D73Z2, valued at $41, stolen Oct. 25 from 1500 block Freeman Avenue
