The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:
• Mary Ashley Blankenship, 24, of 15484 Mill Valley Drive, Athens, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia
• Olin Keith Ezell, 54, of 983 County Road 777, Rogersville, second-degree theft
• Terry Joe Green, 36, of 10350 U.S. 72 West, Athens, surety rescinds bond on charge of possession of a controlled substance
• Timothy John Heinen, 24, of 15853 Dupree Drive, Athens, second-degree forgery and second-degree theft
• Patrick Lawon Johnson, 18, of 501 Henry Drive, Athens, surety rescinds bond on charge of third-degree burglary
• Cody Allen Loggins, 27, of 24091 Cadence Lane, Athens, second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia
• Danny Jaron Mayberry, 19, of 30544 Ardmore Ridge Road, Ardmore, Tenn., bond revoked on charge of first-degree theft
• Zachary Neil Moore, 28, of 29579 Easter Ferry Road, Athens, probation revoked on conviction for third-degree burglary (Limestone County Community Corrections Program)
• James Edward Muddiman Jr., 46,of 377 Summitt Lakes Drive, Athens, third-degree theft by deception
• Eric Graham Oliver, 27, of 13518 Sweet Pea St., Athens, second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia
County thefts
The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Tuesday:
• ATHENS — Jewelry valued at $1,680 stolen April 5 from 21000 block Edgewood Road
• ATHENS — Glock brand .40-caliber handgun valued at $600 stolen from 19000 block Kimzy Karr Road between March 13 and April 1
• ATHENS — Jewelry of undetermined value stolen from 15000 block Beech Hill Way between April 5 and 8
• ATHENS — Six plasma televisions, double oven, Apple brand iPod and iTouch and miscellaneous tools and personal property, total $17,750 stolen during burglary April 8 or 9 from 25000 block Apple Orchard Lane
• TONEY — Motorola cellphone, two mens’s watches, Titan brand .25-milimeter handgun and .22-caliber revolver, total $420, stolen during burglary April 9 in 28000 block McKee Road
• ATHENS — Three antique bedrooms suites, wardrobe and chest with glass table, total $7,500, stolen during burglary April 8 or 9 in 26000 block Bain Road
• ATHENS — Tiffany brand gold necklace and Gordon’s brand pearl necklace, total $$4,400, stolen April 9 from 13000 block Summerfield Drive

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrest Tuesday:
• Carlos Hernandez Jimon, 30, of 200 Chestnut St., Athens, driving under the influence
City thefts
The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Tuesday:
• Black wallet containing Alabama I.D. card, food-stamp card and Social Security card, total $25, stolen from 22000 block Hood Street between April 6 and 8
• Purse valued at $20 stolen April 9 from 1011 U.S. 72 East
• Public structure at 802 Fifth Avenue sustained $200 damage due to criminal mischief April 8 or 9
• Chevrolet Silverado sustained $100 damage due to criminal mischief April 9 in 500 block Old Decatur Road
