County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Friday:

• Christopher Cody Adams, 26, of 10005 Sandlin Cemetery Road, Athens, bond revoked on conviction for third-degree domestic violence assault

• Rodney Glenn Blankenship, 40, of 26859 Alabama 251 Elkmont, violating terms of probation on conviction for driving under the influence

• Emmanuel Omar Collier, 31, of 19245 Looney Road, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

• Byron Gene Gordon, 41, of 26541 Bethel Road Elkmont, third-degree domestic violence (assault)

• Alvin Franklin Gray, 56, of 16743 Lindsey Road, Tanner, violating terms of probation on conviction for obstructing justice by giving false identification

• Michelle Dawn Hinds, 33, of 29342 Easter Ferry Road, Lester, two counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument

• Ashley Morgan Johnson, 19, of 17112 Stone Valley Drive, Athens, harassment

• Tiffany Nicole McNatt, 38, of 22351 Alabama 251, Athens, failing to pay child support



County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported no thefts Friday.

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Friday:

• Ashley Nichole Shelnutt, 30, of 11211 Caroline Drive, Apt. 519, Tanner, DUI (controlled substance)

• Adam Chad Craig, 25, of 300 Bullington Road, Athens, DUI (combined substance)

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Friday:

• Paint and two headlights on Saturn SL1 sustained $1,900 damage due to criminal mischief April 5 in 1100 block Windsor Drive

• Necklace, DVD player, Sony brand DVD player, Magnavox brand television, Vizio brand television, total $967, stolen during burglary April 2 in 200 block Cloverleaf Drive

• Door, three T-shirts and $300 in cash, total $430, stolen from 1000 block Frazier Street between March 27 and April 2
