Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Wednesday:
• Odessa Lynn Fielding, 21, of 11707 S. Memorial Parkway, Lot 45, Huntsville, negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument
• Hunter Ray Hendrix, 23, of 12782 Sludder Drive, Madison, possession of a controlled substance
• Marcus Benton Patterson, 50, of 27230 Sleepy Hollow Road, Elkmont, menacing
• Rubina Dolores Strickland, 22, of 17175 Ferry Road, Lot 30, Athens, possession of a controlled substance

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Wednesday:
• ELKMONT — Toter brand 95-gallon trash cart, valued at $100, stolen between Jan. 21 and 22 in 25000 block Hays Mill Road
• ATHENS — Yorkie dog, valued at $400, stolen Jan. 22 in 14000 block Quinn Road

• Phillip Eric Clemmons, 38, of 27950 Azalea Trail, Athens, third-degree theft

Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Wednesday:
• Nintendo Wii game Sonic the Hedgehog, Wii game console bundle with Super Mario Brothers game, HTC EVO 4G cellphone and a gold necklace, total value $1,530, stolen between Jan. 15 and 17 in 200 block Southwind Drive
• Apple 4-S iPhone 4, valued at $599, stolen Jan. 10 on West Washington Street
