County arrests

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Wednesday:

• Dylan Lee Carter, 19, of 21263 Old Elkmont Road, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

• Doyle Alan Cosby, 44, of 18502 Huntsville-Browns Ferry Road, Athens, violated probation on previous conviction for unauthorized use of a vehicle and third-degree theft

• Samantha Leigh Davis, 18, of 104 N. Debeth Plaza, Athens, second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia

• Donna Michelle Hargrove, 42, of 27630 Ashley Brook Way, Lot 68, Elkmont, driving under the influence of drugs

• Dennis Ray Holt, 47, of 1138 Dixon Town Road, Prospect, Tenn., violated probation on previous conviction for negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument

• Kyle Andre House, 22, of 1505 Coleman Ave., Athens, bond revoked on previous charge of possession of a controlled substance

• Angel Jeanene Pennington, 31, of 2100 Fairfax St., Huntsville, third-degree assault

• John Thomas Posey, 34, of 606 N. Beaty St., Athens, violated parole on previous conviction  for second-degree manufacturing a controlled substance

• Sirena Kay Pugh, 38, of 20581 Todd Circle, Apt. 21, Athens, bond revoked on previous charge of second-degree receiving stolen property

• Jason Alan Wisinski, 34, of 16630 Fort Hampton Road, Lot 16, Elkmont, violated probation on previous conviction for possession of a controlled substance

County thefts

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Wednesday:

• ARDMORE – Two pit bull puppies and female pit bull, total value $3,000, stolen Nov. 6 from 28000 block Mitchell Loop

• ATHENS – Craftsman brand tool set, Pioneer brand CD player and tools, total value $900, stolen Nov. 4 from 15000 block York Lane

• ATHENS – Leather sectional, three Auburn prints, patio set, living room tables, lamps, toys and dishes, total value $1,900, burglarized Nov. 6 on Pepper Road

• ATHENS – Two boxes of DVDs, movies and games, Wii gaming system with 20 games, pictures, toys, mattress, TV and Battery Gator, total value $2,700, burglarized Nov. 6 on Pepper Road

• Gilbert 10-foot utility trailer, valued at $450, stolen Nov. 6 from 14000 block New Cut Road

City arrests

Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Wednesday:

• Talitha Danielle Baker, 38, homeless, Huntsville, second-degree possession of a forged instrument

• Gabriel Rowson Fleming, 41, of 1400 E. Elm St., Apt 821, Athens, driving under the influence

• Cheri Jean Twitty, 40, of 1210 Plato Jones, Athens, second-degree possession of a forged instrument

City thefts

Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Wednesday:

• Alabama license plate, valued at $2, stolen Oct. 30 from 1011 U.S. 72 East

• Two Gear Wrench brand flex head seven-piece metric wrench set and seven-piece extra long flex head metric wrench set, total value $180, stolen Nov. 6 from 800 block U.S. 72 West

• Glass window sustained $200 damage in criminal mischief Nov. 7 in 1700 block Clifford Street
