County arrests
Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Wednesday:
• Jeremiah Falby McKinley, 25, of 29838 Mooresville Road, Ardmore, violating terms of probation on previous conviction for second-degree rape and failing to register as a sex offender.
• Mark Lewis Scott, 39, of 256 Pleasant Hill, Prospect Tenn., third-degree burglary
County thefts
Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported no thefts Wednesday.

Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Wednesday:
• Lisa Stultz, 54, of 16685 Becky St., Athens, third-degree theft of property
• Anthony Dupree Yarbrough, 30, of 1015 Highland St., Athens, third-degree domestic violence – assault
• Timothy Dewayne Horton, 39, of 605 Second Ave., Athens, third-degree domestic violence

Athens Police Department reported the following thefts and incidents Wednesday:
• Four pieces of 10 karat gold jewelry, total $200, stolen Dec. 10 from 100 block East Sanderfer Road
• Keltec brand 9-millimeter handgun valued at $175 stolen during vehicle break-in Dec. 16 in 900 block East Strain Road
• Forehand & Wadsworth Co. revolver valued at $111 found Dec. 21 in 100 block West Pryor Street
• Bronze jewelry valued at $10 stolen Dec. 21 from 1100 block U.S. 72 East
• Alabama dealer vehicle tag valued at $26 stolen Dec. 20 from 900 block South Jefferson Street.
• Regions Bank checkbooks, credit gift cards, Telco Credit Union debit card, Sear’s credit card, Coach wallet and purse, currency, Regions Visa debit card and Visa credit card, total $226, stolen Dec. 21 from 600 block South Jefferson Street
• Four Asanti brand 24-inch wheels and four Yokohama brand tires, total $6,000, stolen during vehicle break-in Dec. 21 in 400 block Camelot Drive
• Three ribeye steaks valued at $34 stolen Dec. 21 from 1000 block U.S. 72 East
• Diesel fuel valued at $87 stolen Dec. 22 from 100 block U.S. 72 West
• Toshiba laptop computer valued at $385 stolen Dec. 22 from 1000 block U.S. 72 East Drive
• Craftsman brand socket set valued at $45 found Dec. 22 at Alabama 251and Lindsay Lane
• Mailbox/money drop sustained $100 in damage due to criminal mischief Dec. 22 in 2300 block South Hine Street
• Counterfeit $10 bill passed Dec. 23 in 17000 block U.S. 72 West
• King-size Zero brand candy bar valued at $4 stolen Dec. 23 from 1200 block West Market Street
• Alabama pouch purse, Alabama driver’s license, Social Security card, money and one personal check, total $210, stolen Dec. 23 from 100 block North Thomas Street
• Window of unknown value damaged due to criminal mischief Dec. 25 in 200 block Southwind Drive
• Fog light and front bumper of Freightliner brand semi tractor sustained $500 damage due to criminal mischief Dec. 25 at Lucas and Pat Ingram streets
