County arrests

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Friday and Saturday:

• Theresa Diane Anton, 41, of 19199 Easter Ferry Road, Athens, second-degree possession of a forged instrument

• Dennis Rafeal Artaud Jr., 24, homeless, violated probations on previous convictions for theft fraudulent lease, first-degree theft and second-degree forgery

• Mason Tyler Bailey, 21, of 1430 Nicole Way, Athens, public intoxication and disorderly conduct

• Richard Lee Greenwell, 30, of 1914 Enolam Blvd., Decatur, two counts of second-degree theft, surety rescinds bonds on previous charges of: five counts of second-degree theft, third-degree theft and third-degree burglary

• David Eugene Harrison Jr., 31, of 19261 Airfield St., Box 20, Athens, third-degree burglary

• Lakia Deshawn Holloway, 30, of 114 Apt. 4, Southland Blvd., Louisville, Ky., driving under the  influence

• Robert Wayne Lovell, 39, of 27430 Nick Davis Road, Athens, third-degree theft

• Christopher Shalon Redus, 30, of 901 E. Strain Road, Athens, second-degree possession of marijuana, DUI, driving with a suspended license and improper use of lane

• Cheri Jean Twitty, 40, of 1210 Plato Jones, Athens, distribution of a controlled substance

• Zachary Wayne Weatherford, 21, of 17812 Ellis Drive, Athens, third-degree receiving stolen property

• George Marshal Allfrey, 63, of 19601 Elkton Road, Athens, driving under the influence

• Eric Cordelle Bass, 24, of 13614 Dart Circle, Athens, trafficking cocaine, possession of a controlled substance, first-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia

• Marcellus Ezekiel Downs, 39, of 15591 Ripley Road, Athens, bond revoked on previous charge of second-degree theft

• Michelle Lee Hastings, 41, of 803 Sanders St., Athens, third-degree theft of services

• Dawn Elizabeth Letson, 43, of 2513 Pentelope Drive, Huntsville, contempt

• Lane Tyler Letson,  28, of 106 N. Houston St., Athens, DUI

• Brittney Nichole McCluskey, 21, of 38488 Thatch Road, Elkmont, second-degree theft and illegal possession of prescription drugs

• Jonathan David Stebbins, 28, of 30710 Williams Lane, Decatur, contempt

County thefts

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts and incidents Friday:

• ATHENS — Hi-Point .9 mm handgun, Bundy sterling silver flute and silver tray, total value $700, stolen between Nov. 12 and Dec. 13 in 17000 block Dusty Road

• ATHENS — Thirty gallons of gasoline, valued at $100, stolen between Sept. 1 and Dec. 20 in 17000 block Cliff Drive

City arrests/thefts

Athens Police Department reported no arrests or thefts Friday.
