County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Friday:

• Robert Clyde Adams, 21, of 1403 Henry Drive, Athens, third-degree receiving stolen property

• Gregory Scott Altice, 41, of 4303 Indian Hills Road S.E., Decatur, reckless driving, driving under the influence and driving while license revoked

• William Rodney Britton, 64, of 21840 Daveen Drive, Elkmont, DUI (any substance) and possession of a controlled substance

• Rory Dale Dennard, 56, of 2106 Luke St., Athens, probation revoked for failing to register as a sex offender

• Lisa Ann Dent, 32, of 27965 Powell Road, Madison, violating terms of probation on previous conviction for second-degree forgery

• Aaron Jason Kirby, 42, of 3811 Troy Swnyze, Huntsville, violating terms of probation on previous conviction for two counts of third-degree assault  

• Dustin Chad Montgomery, 30, of 13981 Highway 207, Anderson, bond revoked on second-degree receiving stolen property

• Toney Glen Moss, 33, of 15854 Huntsville-Browns Ferry Road, Athens, three counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument

• Thomas Lee Oliver, 23, of 244 Keiser Boulevard, Madison, probation revoked on previous conviction for second-degree possession of a forged instrument

• Jesse Samuel Pearl, 50, of 1780 East Limestone Road, Lot J, Athens, five counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument

• Michael Duwayne Richard, 39, of 204 Nanela Drive, Moulton, first-degree robbery and second-degree kidnapping

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following theft Friday:

• ATHENS — Electrical wire valued at $4,500 stolen April 11or 12 from 17000 block Seven Mile Post Road

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrest Friday:

• Charles Wayne White, 49, of 514 N. Beaty St., Athens, theft of property and probation revocation 

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Friday:

• Six-piece Kobalt brand screwdriver set, two three-piece Kobalt screwdriver sets and one Kobalt Phillips screwdriver, total $30, stolen April 12 from 1100 block U.S. 72 East

• Two counterfeit $20 bills passed April 12 in 1600 block U.S. 72 East

• Sony brand Xbox 360 game valued at $25 stolen April 12 from 600 block U.S. 31 South 

• Eighty Diazepam 10 milligram pills, an anti-anxiety medicine, valued at $1 stolen April 8 from 18800 block North Jefferson Street
