ATHENS — County arrests

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Thursday:

• Raul Armenta, 31, of 201 Sixth Ave., Athens, probation revoked on previous conviction for possession of a controlled substance

• Heather Mills Armstrong, 37, of 120 Chadrick Drive, Madison, public intoxication 

• Tammy Renea Austelle, 43, of 22270 Sugar Way, Elkmont, probation revoked on previous conviction for third-degree theft

• Michael Warren Brown, 54, of 15314 Section Line Road, Elkmont, third-degree domestic violence (menacing) 

• Paula Carter Dollar, 43, of 700 Fifth Ave., Athens, public intoxication and bond revoked on previous charge of harassing communications

• Thomas Daniel Dructor, 28, of 907 N. Beaty St., Athens, probation revoked on previous conviction for second-degree possession of marijuana

• Cassie Sheree Feyhl, 40, of 290 Nash Road, Summertown, Tenn., driving under the influence (drugs)

• Terry Joe Green, 36, of 10350 U.S. 72 West, Athens, bond revoked on previous charges of possession of a controlled substance, DUI and driving while license suspended

• Kelly Marie Hogue, 24, of 12076 Lukers Way, Apt. J, Athens, public intoxication and bond revoked on previous charge of harassment

• Marlon Ladarrius Randolph, 23, of 1206 Sommers Ridge Drive, Athens, violating terms of probation on previous conviction for trafficking marijuana

• Christopher Rashad West, 24, of 112 Davis Court, Apt. 138, Tuscumbia, use of false identity to obstruct justice and driving while license suspended

• Joseph Lee Davis Jr., 18, of 508 Brownsferry St., Athens, third-degree theft

• James Goodman Echols, 19, of 28912 Alabama 53, Ardmore, probation revoked on previous conviction for possession of drug paraphernalia

• Tamika Juanessia Garth, 36, of 24753 Garrett Road, Belle Mina, probation revoked on previous conviction for giving false name to obstruct justice

• Joshua Trent Green, 24, of 19092 Airfield St., Athens, third-degree theft

• Kerry Trent Green, 48, of 25157 Copeland Road, Athens, third-degree theft

• Lukas Kane Johnson, 32, of 2300 Auburn Drive, Decatur, DUI

• Jesse Caleb Justice, 23, of 1105 Carter Grove Road, Hazel Green, violating terms of probation on previous conviction for distribution of a controlled substance

• James Edward Wilks, 51, of 155 Maplewood Drive, Jefferson, Ohio, DUI (combined substances)

 

County thefts

The Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Thursday:

• ELKMONT — Phillip’s brand 47-inch, flat-screen television; jewelry box containing jewelry; Craftsman brand 42-inch riding mower; 42-inch, big-screen TV; and grill, partial total $715, stolen during burglary May 1 in 28000 block Alabama 127

• HARVEST —Apple brand iPod Touch of undetermined value stolen May 2 from East Limestone High School at 15641 East Limestone Road  

• LESTER — Nine cows of undetermined value lost or stolen from 27000 block Ole Man Ed Lane (north of Easter Ferry) between April 19 and May 2

City arrests

The Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Thursday:

• April Hardy Dructor, 25, of 704 S. Houston St., Athens, bond revoked on two counts of domestic violence 

• Jatinkumar Jagdishbhai Patel, 36, of 715 Cedar Lake Road S.W., Apt. 201, Decatur, selling or giving cigarettes to minors

• Crystal Hamm Hill, 38, of 11446 Mooresville Road, Madison, theft of property 

• Kerry DeShaun Crutcher, 22, of 607 Second Ave., Athens, arrest for Huntsville Police Department

City thefts

The Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Thursday:

• Unidentified item valued at $5.50 stolen May 2 from Walmart at 1011 U.S. 72 East

• Chevrolet Equinox sustained $100 in damage May 2 in 600 block South Jefferson Street

Wrecks

• Sierra Renee Spencer of Athens was injured in an accident at 5 p.m. May 2 on Hine Street between Roy Long and Sanderfer roads — Athens Police

• Gianna Jackson of Athens was injured in an accident at 6:40 p.m. May 2 on Lucas Ferry Street between Brownsferry Street and Sanderfer Road — Athens Police
