County arrests

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Friday:

• Rohn Everett Pruett, 58, of 16808 Buckskin Drive, Athens, third-degree criminal trespass

• Catherine Lorraine Dunnavant, 35, of 24182 Bain Road, Athens, disorderly conduct and public intoxication

• Thomas Jackson Toombs, 43, of 23733 Pressnell Road, Lot 6, Athens, parole violation

• Jon Matthew King, 22, of 1719 Summer Lane, Decatur, second-degree theft

• Jeremy Ethridge Mosley, 24, of 19960 E. Limestone Road, Toney, driving while license revoked

• Larry Dale Swanner, 60, of 13040 Nicoleway St., Athens, two counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument

• Zackery Trant Nix, 22, of 2598 County Road 44, Mount Hope, possession of imitation controlled  substance

County thefts

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Friday:

• TONEY – Two Allis Chalmers tractors, total value $6,000, stolen between June 1 and Nov. 6 from 24000 block Wagon Trail

• ATHENS – Three boxes of Elvis collectables, two fishing poles, Alabama cooler and miscellaneous toys and collectables, total value $$780, burglarized between Oct. 3 and Nov. 8 on Edgewood Road

• ATHENS – Brown Army foot locker, 600 albums, antique furniture and a film projector, no values listed, burglarized between Oct. 1 and Nov. 8 on Edgewood Road

City arrests

Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Friday:

• Sandra Fraze Kimbrough, 40, of 16889 Poplar Creek Road, Athens theft by deception

• Damian Curry Moss, 19, of 1018 Lee St., Rogersville, third-degree theft of property

• Burr Odell Parsons, 61, of 402 N. Jefferson St., driving under the influence of alcohol

City thefts

Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Friday:

• Zenith brand 47-inch high-definition flat screen and 32-inch black flat screen TV, total value $1,000, burglarized in a forced entry Nov. 8 in 800 block Sanderfer Road

• Popcorn chicken bites, valued at $2.50, stolen Nov. 8 from Walmart, 1011 U.S. 72 East

• Food items, valued at $30, stolen Nov. 8 from Walmart, 1011 U.S. 72 East

Wreck

• Nicholas Tyler Johnson of Elkmont was injured in a midmorning accident Nov. 9 at the intersection of Elm and Jefferson streets. – Athens Police
