Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Thursday:

• Kody Clint Elbert Burney, 20, 21720 Piney Chapel Road, Lot 30, Athens, driving under the influence of drugs, driving without insurance, leaving the scene of an accident

• John Lee Douglas Jr., 23, 700 5th Ave., Apt. S-61, Athens, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, and second-degree illegal possession of marijuana

• Steven Lynn Gandy, 50, 19474 Cross Key Road, Athens, first-degree manufacturing a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia

• Donnie Clay Goode, 55, 18384 Oakdale BL, Lot H, Athens, third-degree theft

• Lagarius Oneill Mayberry, 23, 2302 Mount Vernon, Huntsville, first-degree robbery

• Lacorey Lashard McDonald, 23, Mooresville Road, Athens, first-degree robbery

• Brandt Wayne Murphy, 31, 19911 Piney Chapel Road, Athens, probation violation on an original charge of driving under the influence of a controlled substance

• Michael David Ross, 57, 1005 Kings Ave., Jacksonville, Fla., public intoxication and disorderly conduct

• Zachary Lee Smith, 24, 24406 Frank Gossett Road, Athens, second-degree illegal possession of marijuana

City arrests

Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Thursday:

• Michael Anthony Carlisle, 50, 21100 Myrtlewood Drive, Athens, probation revocation on an original charge of DUI

• Patrick Oneal David, 41, 909 W. Washington, Athens, possession of a forged instrument

• Kayla Alexsandria House, 25, 20555 Piney Chapel Road, Athens, arrested for Florence Police Department

• Susan McLemore Royster, 48, 17606 U.S. 72, Rogersville, contempt of court

• Jason Dale Vibbert, 29, 202 Swan Drive, Athens, non-payment of child support

City thefts 

Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Thursday:

• A Boost cell phone valued at $50 stolen during an unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle in the 21000 block of Williamsburg Drive, Tuesday or Wednesday

• Criminal mischief totaling $2,500 in damage to exterior paint and $1,500 to wheels of a Chevrolet Camaro Tuesday or Wednesday in the 25000 block of Airport Road

• A Cobra radar detector valued at $150 stolen during an unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle Wednesday in the 800 block of South Jefferson Street
