Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:
• Joshua Dillon Cook, 19, of Acklin Drive, Huntsville, grand jury indictments for trafficking, possession of drug paraphernalia and improper lights
• Krystal Ladawn Defoe, 30, of 11970 Jaebo Way, Athens, bond revoked on previous charge of breaking and entering
• Stephanie Nicole Dolan, 29, of 16898 Poplar Creek Road, Athens, three counts of fraudulent use of a credit card
• Alfonso Deshawn Edwards, 24, of 406 Memoria Drive SW, Decatur, second-degree theft
• Gary Don Fox, 27, of 27167 Oak Grove Road, Elkmont, second-degree assault
• Barbara Michelle Griffin, 40, of 18061 Sewell Road, Athens, third-degree theft
• Karla Daniel Haggard, 45, of 289 Tower St., Lot 34, Trinity, bond revoked on previous charge of possession of a controlled substance
• Christy Ann Miller, 41, of 111 Ray Long Road West, Athens, probation revoked on previous conviction for possession of a controlled substance
• Demetris La Cole Townsend, 39, of 2217 Wharton Road NW, Huntsville, violated probation on previous conviction for negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument
• Phillip Edward Wright, 47, of 26440 Grady Lane, Ardmore, bond revoked on previous charge of third-degree domestic violence (harassment)

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following incidents and thefts Tuesday:
• ATHENS – TV, no value listed burglarized Dec. 10 in 13000 block Browns Ferry Road
• ATHENS – Lowden F35C custom guitar, Langejans custom guitar, Tascam recorder, XMR microphone and stand, Boss chorus pedal and digital reverb, Aphex digital Exciter, Remington 870 shotgun, H&R single shot 12-gauge shotgun and duck calls, total value $12,550, burglarized Dec. 10 in 11000 block Lucas Ferry Road

• Latricia Deshonda White, 39, of 139 Forrest Lane, Meridianville, harassment
• Jackson Chandler Bailey, 32, of 11327 Ripley Road, Athens, driving under the influence
City thefts
Athens Police Department reported the following incidents and thefts Tuesday:
• Unauthorized use of a 1986 Chevrolet S-10 on Oct. 1 in 800 block North Madison Street
• Ninety various consumables, valued at $308, stolen Dec. 10 from Walmart, 1011 U.S. 72 East
• Winchester and Mossberg firearms, unknown firearm, Simmons riflescope and a fence panel, total value $740, burglarized Dec. 10 in 300 block Hoffman Street
• Two Stihl weed trimmers, total value $700, taken during breaking and entering of a vehicle Dec. 10 at Players Club on Miller and Bridgeforth streets
• Medication, valued at $10, stolen Dec. 11 from a Suzuki at Walmart, 1011 U.S. 72 East
• Chrysler Pacifica gear shifter, valued at $100, damaged in criminal mischief between Dec. 10 and 11 in 600 block South Jefferson Street
