County arrests

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Wednesday:

• Arturo Fernando Arispe, 41, of 14081 Lucas Ferry Road, Athens, holding Immigration and Customs Enforcement

• Jason Michael Hall, 30, of 3804 Hull Road, Empire, failing to pay child support and probation revoked on previous conviction for third-degree theft

• Tabitha Frieda Harbin, 19, of 14519 Parker Road, Athens, bond revoked on previous charge of possession of a controlled substance

• Teresa Mae Jones, 49, of 609 Corsbie St., Apt. A-3, Hartselle, negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument

• Jessie Marie Lansdell, 38, of 23599 Cabbage Ridge Road, Elkmont, negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument

• James Thomas Noland, 47, of 22905 Ledges Drive, Athens, driving under the influence of a controlled substance

• Holly Ann Waldrep, 29, of 1625 Lynwood Ave., Russellville, first-degree theft and grand jury indictment for fraudulent use of a credit/debit card (both for Colbert County)

• Patricia Ann White, 24, of 19978 Elkton Road, Athens, bond revoked on previous charge of second-degree assault

County thefts

Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Wednesday:

• ELKMONT — Battery, valued at $80, stolen between Nov. 5 and 13 from 20000 block Tillman Mill Road

• HARVEST — Vizio 37-inch TV, Wii game console, 10 Wii games, five Nintendo DS games, DVD movies and blue jeans, total value $1,488, burglarized Nov. 13 in 17000 block Morgan Drive

• MADISON — Jewelry, no valued listed, burglarized between Nov. 12 and 13 in 11000 block Morris Drive

City arrests

Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Wednesday:

• Kellie Michelle Carruth, 43, of 308 Christine St., Athens, harassment

City thefts

Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Wednesday:

• $250 cash stolen Nov. 12 in 1900 block Cain Drive

• Ruger 10/22 rifle, Remington 870 20-gauge shotgun and Remington 1100 12-gauge shotgun, total value $1,050, stolen between Oct. 31 and Nov. 12 in 300 block Kingswood Drive

• Forty-six copies of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 video game, total value $2,758 stolen Nov. 13 from Walmart, 1011 U.S. 72 East

• Wallet, valued at $15, stolen Nov. 13 in 700 block West Market Street
