• Jeremy Lee Lewis, 30, 4283 Mitchell Road, Tanner, DUI
• Justin Lee McKinney, 40, 3094 County Line Road, Madison, probation violation for first-degree arson
• Marvin Christopher Sledge, 32, 900 Lucas Street, Athens probation violation for DUI
• Shawn Lee Wray, 39, 26422 Salem Minor Hill Road, Lester, public intoxication
