Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:
• Eric Allen Clem, 25, of 22270 Sugar Way, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (assault)
• Warren Vincent Crutcher, 24, of 981 Dan Crutcher Road, Toney, first-degree burglary and second-degree assault
• Kimberleigh Ann Duffey, 22, of 101 Blossom Road, Toney, violated probation on previous convictions for second-degree theft and second-degree theft by deception
• Mahlon James Gandy, 43, of 19474 Cross Key Road, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (assault)
• Steven Lynn Gandy, 50, of 19474 Cross Key Road, Athens, third-degree domestic violence (assault)
• James Edward Muddiman Jr., 47, of 377 Summit Lakes Drive, Athens, second-degree theft by deception
• Barbara Fitch Petree, 79, of 109 Whitworth Court, Madison, public intoxication and illegal possession of prohibited liquor
• Heather Lynn Steadman, 32, of 130 West Scott Drive, Madison, failing to pay child support
• William Stephen Walker, 41, of 2704 Park Ave., Hartselle, felony DUI
County thefts
Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Tuesday:
• ATHENS – Benelli brand 12-gauge shotgun and a .40-caliber Glock handgun, total value $800, taken during the breaking and entering of a vehicle between Sept. 12 and 14 from 12000 block Zehner Road
• ATHENS – Medication, estimated value $303, stolen Sept. 29 on U.S. 72
• ATHENS – Medication and digital camera, total value $90, taken during burglary Sept. 23 from 18000 block Golden Rod Way

Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:

• Terry Allen Pack, 49, of 915 Fifth Ave., Athens, driving with a suspended license
• Derrick Nathan Terry, 34, of 2025 Danville Park Drive SW, Decatur, arrest for Limestone County
• Donald William Tibbs, 34, of 1101 U.S. 31 South, Room 223, Athens, resisting arrest and third-degree criminal trespass
City thefts
Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Tuesday:
• Third degree theft of electricity, estimated at $100, between Nov. 1, 2011 and Oct. 1 from 200 block Walnut Street
• Tools, Poulan Pro chain saw, dishes, Rubbermaid brand container and tool box, total value $770, stolen between Sept. 16 and Oct. 2 from 1400 block Freeman Avenue
