County arrests
Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Thursday:
• Robert Allen Hobbs, 37, of 12348 Fingerlake Way, Elkmont, public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance
• Bryant Keith Hutto, 24, 17255 Dusty Road, Athens, breaking and entering of a vehicle
• Stephanie Marie Minor, 27, of 167 Dexter Circle, Madison, bond revoked on a original charge of second-degree forgery
• Billy Jay Moran, 28, 30293 U.S. 72, Madison, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia
• Brandon Dewayne Mosley, 21, of 1201 Brownsferry St., Athens, probation violation on an original charge of disorderly conduct, probation violation on an original charge of reckless endangerment, and possession of a controlled substance
County thefts
Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following thefts Thursday:
• A 73-inch Mitsubishi TV, 32-inch Vizio TV, total value $1,300, stolen in a burglary between Oct. 5 and Tuesday from the 10000 block of Griffith Road, Tanner
• Three rolls of black steel and two rolls of stainless steel, total value $330, stolen between Oct. 1 and Wednesday from the 29000 block of Easter Ferry Road, Lester
• Two gold bracelets and a gold medallion, total value $4,800, stolen in a burglary between May 1 and Wednesday from the 400 block of Love Branch Road, Harvest
• Furniture and a Meade floor stand telescope, total value $2,400, stolen in a burglary between Oct. 4 and Wednesday from Easter Ferry Road, Athens
• 60-inch Bad Boy Zero Turn mower and a 6-by-12-foot trailer, total value $6,100, stolen between Monday and Wednesday

Athens Police Department reported the following arrests Thursday:
• Israel Martinez Romero, 35, of 606 Brownsferry St., Athens, DUI
• Bradley Allen Fournier, 23, 411 Otter Creek Drive, Kissimee, Fla., DUI
• Charles Daniel Springer, 23, 13774 Robinson Lane, Elkmont, possession of drug paraphernalia
• Michael James Kent, 38, 16630 Fort Hampton Road, Lot 21, Elkmont, violation of Sex Offenders Act concerning prohibited employment location
• Dustin Michael Lyons, 17451 Red Hill Road, Athens, DUI
City thefts
Athens Police Department reported the following thefts Thursday:
• Purse with contents, change, driver license, Social Security card, total value $100, and $200 damage to back window glass of a black Chevy Trailblazer from the 800 block of Madison Street on Tuesday
• Blue/Red Heeler dog, value $50, stolen Tuesday from the 200 block of Coman Street
• Tools valued at $1,500 stolen between Oct. 5 and Tuesday from a vehicle parked at Marion and Bryan streets
• $100 in damage to a picnic table in an act of criminal mischief Monday or Tuesday in the 1400 block of U.S. 31 North
• $250 in damage to a double-pane window in an act of criminal mischief Tuesday or Wednesday in the 500 block of S. Marion St.
