Limestone County Sheriff’s Department reported the following arrests Tuesday:
• Bennie Dortch Jr., 54, of 1713 Old Moulton Road, Decatur, violated probation on previous conviction for driving under the influence
• Joel Dwight Gooch Jr., 27, of 16789 Poplar Creek Road, Athens, violated probation on previous conviction for third-degree domestic violence (harassment)
• Marlon Anthony James II, 25, of 4955 Century Drive, Apt. 411-B, Huntsville, second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree burglary
• James Houston Sims, 37, of 25663 Bethel Road, Elkmont, first-degree manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia
• Melissa Ann Sims, 35, of 29790 Ardmore Ave., Ardmore, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance

• ATHENS – Fuse box, no value listed, burglarized between Oct. 1 and Nov. 3 in 12000 block Ripley Road
• HARVEST – PlayStation 3 gaming system, eight PlayStation games and Logitech headset, total value $780, burglarized Nov. 3 in 16000 block Wellhouse Drive
• HARVEST – Tools, no value listed, taken during breaking and entering of a vehicle between Nov. 4 and 5 in 14000 block Hunter Road
• ATHENS – Merlin brand GPS, valued at $200, taken during breaking and entering of a vehicle between Nov. 4 and 5 in 24000 block Woodmont Way
• ATHENS – Checkbook and Marc brand sunglasses, total value $300, taken during breaking and entering of a vehicle between Nov. 4 and 5 in 24000 block Craft Road

• ATHENS – Dormitory fridge, microwave, antique table and chandelier, total value $550, burglarized between Nov. 4 and 5 on U.S. 72 West
• ATHENS – Sanyo brand 32-inch TV, Craftsman large tool chest with tools, two bicycles, four old push mowers, lawnmower trailer 4-by-8-foot trailer, and flag case with medals, total value $3,990, burglarized between Oct. 5 and Nov. 5 in 13000 block Zhener Road
• ELKMONT – Snapper brand push mower, valued at $300, stolen between Oct. 30 and Nov. 5 from 22000 block Tammy Sue Way
