ABS hosts ‘Pink Out’

— Athens Bible School will host its third annual “Pink Out” volleyball tournament this afternoon in a quad match at the school. ABS, Ardmore, East Limestone and Elkmont will participate.

The round robin tournament will begin at 3:30 with the first game between Athens Bible and East Limestone. The teams will wear pink jerseys, paid for by sponsors to raise money for breast cancer awareness.

The event began three years ago to honor those who lost their battle with breast cancer and remember others who still have the disease. Following the ABS-East Limestone game, East will play Elkmont, Elkmont will play Ardmore and ABS will play the final game against Ardmore.
