Maurice and Wanda Kirk of Athens will celebrate their 50th anniversary June 27 at Owens Senior Center. The celebration will be hosted by their children and grandchildren. Mr. and Mrs. Kirk were married June 29, 1959, in Athens. The have three children, Tony Kirk and wife Belinda, Barry Kirk and wife, Pam, all of Athens, and Brenda Tuck and husband Shane of Valley Grande; and eight grandchildren, Andrew and Ashley Kirk, Miranda Pack, Crimson Pack, Jonathan Kirk, Summer Kirk, Ryland Kirk, all of Athens, and Austin Rouse, of Valley Grande.
